Moving to Ireland in 2000, Satish excelled in mastering the Irish and Continental flavours, which led him to the ‘Best Chef Award’ while working at The Merrion Hotel, Dublin. He then started exploring unique flavours working in Sheraton in Athlone, Red Earth Restaurant in Mullingar, Center Parcs in Longford while aspiring to own his restaurant.
Settled near Longford, he established Aubergine Nua to present interesting flavour combinations to his dishes, providing a lifetime experience to his customers. Satish as an experienced professional makes sure that his dishes are balanced to the perfection and his customers get the best dining experience.
